Product & Documentation Engineer

Job description
? In-depth knowledge of the product.
Creating and maintaining technical documentations in English, such as manuals, user guides and specification sheets.
? Operating and maintaining a forum to upload these documentations to, while assisting and supporting in addressing questions and requests within the online community.

Requirements:
? Fluent in English reading and writing.
? Technical engineer with experience in electronics.
? Good technical knowledge, especially in the field of commercial display industry.
? Ability to operate various adobe and office programs (InDesign, Word, PDF, etc.)
? Smart, open-minded & willingness to provide good support.
? Experience in creating documentations is a plus.
