职位描述
岗位职责:(芯片领域贸易经验,国内外市场,上亿操盘经验,薪资可面议)

1、战略规划与业务统筹:全面负责公司业务运作和管理,深度参与公司业务运营整体策划;协助 CEO 制定公司业务发展计划,主管企业营销与综合业务拓展,建立销售策略与政策,组织生产经营,并对公司经营绩效进行考核。

2、目标拆解与执行推动:依据公司现状制定整体业务运营方案,主导业务目标拆分,推动各部门实现业务目标,确保公司经营目标达成;协调各部门工作,建立高效团队协作机制,管理并激励业务运营部门,协助 CEO 推动日常工作管理。

3、运营管理与体系优化:负责各部门业务经营管理,涵盖经营及管理目标确定、业务运营支撑调配、执行情况监控与结果考核,提升业务营运效益;牵头建立并完善公司内部业务运营管理体系,推动各职能及业务板块体系建设的优化与变革,增强体系化运作有效性。

4、市场洞察与决策支持:密切关注市场发展动态,精准预估行业动向及趋势,为公司高层提供合理决策建议。

5、风险管理与合同管控:根据公司战略目标,承接并负责公司风险管理工作;负责公司各类合同的审核和管理,把控合同风险。

6、风控体系建设与数据支持:
建立公司全面风险管理体系及配套流程,指导、监督职能部门和业务单位开展全面风险管理工作;搭建业务运营和风控数据指标体系,进行业务数据采集、分析与展示,协助管理层掌握业务运营状态和风控指标变动情况;对原有及新业务提供日常业务数据监控、周期性数据分析报告和异常变动分析,为业务增长及调整提供支持,制定并完善公司全面风险管理年度工作规划,推进各项风险管理工作落地实施。

Job Responsibilities: (Trade experience in the chip field, experience in both domestic and international markets, over 100 million yuan in trading volume, salary negotiable)

Strategic planning and business coordination: Fully responsible for the company's business operations and management, deeply involved in the overall planning of the company's business operations; assist the CEO in formulating the company's business development plans, be in charge of enterprise marketing and comprehensive business expansion, establish sales strategies and policies, organize production and operation, and conduct performance assessment of the company's business operations.

2. Goal Decomposition and Execution Promotion: Based on the current situation of the company, formulate an overall business operation plan, lead the decomposition of business goals, promote the realization of business goals by various departments, and ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives; coordinate the work of various departments, establish an efficient team collaboration mechanism, manage and motivate the business operation department, and assist the CEO in promoting daily management.

3. Operation Management and System Optimization: Responsible for the business operation management of each department, covering the determination of business and management goals, business operation support and allocation, monitoring of execution status and result assessment, to enhance the operational efficiency of business; Take the lead in establishing and improving the company's internal business operation management system, promoting the optimization and transformation of the construction of various functions and business segments, and enhancing the effectiveness of systematic operation.

4. Market Insights and Decision Support: Keep a close watch on market development trends, accurately predict industry dynamics and trends, and provide reasonable decision-making suggestions to the company's top management.

5. Risk Management and Contract Control: In accordance with the company's strategic goals, undertake and be responsible for the company's risk management work; be in charge of the review and management of various contracts of the company, and control the risks associated with the contracts.

6. Risk Control System Construction and Data Support:
Establish a comprehensive risk management system and supporting processes for the company, guiding and supervising functional departments and business units to carry out comprehensive risk management work; Build a data indicator system for business operations and risk control, conducting business data collection, analysis and presentation, assisting management in grasping the business operation status and changes in risk control indicators; Provide daily business data monitoring, periodic data analysis reports and abnormal change analysis for existing and new businesses, supporting business growth and adjustment, formulate and improve the company's annual work plan for comprehensive risk management, and promote the implementation of various risk management tasks.
