Goal Decomposition and Execution Promotion: Based on the current situation of the company, formulate an overall business operation plan, lead the decomposition of business goals, promote the realization of business goals by various departments, and ensure the achievement of the company's business objectives; coordinate the work of various departments, establish an efficient team collaboration mechanism, manage and motivate the business operation department, and assist the CEO in promoting daily management.
3. Operation Management and System Optimization: Responsible for the business operation management of each department, covering the determination of business and management goals, business operation support and allocation, monitoring of execution status and result assessment, to enhance the operational efficiency of business; Take the lead in establishing and improving the company's internal business operation management system, promoting the optimization and transformation of the construction of various functions and business segments, and enhancing the effectiveness of systematic operation.
4. Market Insights and Decision Support: Keep a close watch on market development trends, accurately predict industry dynamics and trends, and provide reasonable decision-making suggestions to the company's top management.
5. Risk Management and Contract Control: In accordance with the company's strategic goals, undertake and be responsible for the company's risk management work; be in charge of the review and management of various contracts of the company, and control the risks associated with the contracts.
6. Risk Control System Construction and Data Support: Establish a comprehensive risk management system and supporting processes for the company, guiding and supervising functional departments and business units to carry out comprehensive risk management work; Build a data indicator system for business operations and risk control, conducting business data collection, analysis and presentation, assisting management in grasping the business operation status and changes in risk control indicators; Provide daily business data monitoring, periodic data analysis reports and abnormal change analysis for existing and new businesses, supporting business growth and adjustment, formulate and improve the company's annual work plan for comprehensive risk management, and promote the implementation of various risk management tasks.
