General Responsibilities: Act as a senior staff member within the account management team to be responsible for business retention and development within assigned customers.
Detailed Responsibilities: 61Arrange regular external meeting with clients, create / update the SOP or contract with customers to ensure the operation / billing / reporting / KPI / D-Track / incident cases are done / settled timely under higher quality. 61Arrange regular internal meeting with KAM team & operation departments / finance department, create / update the IOP to ensure the rate review, operation procedure review, payment review, questions review… timely. Insure the requirements from customers are implemented. 61Final checking all reports / KPI / D-track & financial figures ( incl. analysis / optimization) before send to clients / overseas HQ / department head / line manages. Take responsibility of authenticity, objectivity, effectual on all data from DSV timely. 61Maintain or review the buying & selling with DSV overseas & operation department & customer timely. Have the knowledge on marketing change of rate or routing or service line or any other force incidents… send the correct notice to customer timely. 61Ensure the payment schedule under control, the A/R should be matched with DSV contract / agreements.
Qualifications -Industry knowledge for handling procedures of airfreight or sea freight by both import and export -Skillful communication both internally and externally -Good skill in computer use -Good spoken & written English, and Mandarin -Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines -5+ years’ work experiences in same industry (air, ocean or logistics activities)
