Working under the supervision of the direct manager or Ninja Quality Director This job task will support MOSTLY China and sometimes support OOC / SEA activities, depends on job arrangements and alignment of priorities. LOCATION: Shenzhen China Travel Requirements - going to suppliers factories (T1 and T2) across SEA, including China Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: 61 Managing the whole operation of Regulatory Compliance, from planning, organizing, coordinating, driving, and executing the program implementation. o Assisting the Audit Program Plan o Help reviewing the progress and effectiveness of audit program o Assisting and coordinating both Internal Audits and 3rd Party audits o Assessing the effectiveness of all audit's proceedings, including the Retailers arranged audit with 3rd party o Supporting any required audit for NPD, new factory, and renewal or follow up or spot audit or audits arrange by SN Corporate or Global teams o Following up the audit results and arranging re-audits for the effectiveness review and improvements progress 61 Helping the development program for Regulatory Compliance, focusing more on the execution and outcome effectiveness: o Audit Priorities Plan o Audit Scoring to drive extraordinary improvements to the factory /OEM o Support conferences or summit or meetings or regular discussions with Factory /Suppliers for Training, Alignment, and Pro-Active approaches to prevent or mitigate non-compliance issue 61 Helping to prepare the development and growth plans for the Regulatory Compliance team members – making sure the team members are up to date on all regulatory laws and policies, as well as the auditing protocols 61 Developing a plan to review the supplier factory condition based from the audit results and improvement program and provide guidance for potential improvement and value enhancement opportunities. This review can be onsite or online 61 Help develop a roll out plan for any programs or platforms developed by Retailers or Global Regulatory agency or standards to implement to the factory – either related to EHS or Regulatory Compliance 61 Support benchmarking studies to determine best practices and future trends for supplier factory 61 Undertake personal continuous training and development that can help managing Regulatory programs and implementations ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: 61 Bachelor’s Degree in material science /general science / engineering/ other Technical background 61 At least 3 years total working experiences in multinational companies preferred. 61 At least 5 years total experiences in auditing related to regulatory compliance 61 Familiar in auditing protocol and audit planning 61 Familiar in Regulatory Laws and Policies globally, as well as in China 61 Can communicate in English – both writing and speaking 61 The job requires more business travels to SEA /OOC and within China, as visiting and follow up suppliers are mostly required. There are times staying longer onsite as tour of duty, this maybe sub suppliers (tier2) or at OEM (tier1). 61 Must be proficient in Microsoft (power point, excel, word, and others) 61 Good communication skill/ teamwork spirit and build the good interpersonal relationship with other stakeholders 61 Can use the English (good oral/listening skill) to communicate with global team and colleagues 61 Equipped with the knowledge of understanding the basic culture and normal operations of manufacturing environment
