1.Propose solutions and be accountable for implementations and results. 2.Enhance Operations excellence and improve working processes. 3.Bring the pool of inspectors to the next level via training sessions, various assessments and continuous improvements program. 4.Set up a team of middle management and define key performances indicators for monitoring. 5.Develop the internal tools for compliance and collaborate with the Compliance team. 6.Analyze the activity and resources, prepare recruitment plan according to business needs. 7.Optimize the utilization of inspectors and mutualize resources cross companies. 8.Support the convergence project within the group. 9.Manage high level follow up of major customers and participate to clients’ meeting. 10.Investigate the complaints and propose corrective actions plan. 11.Actively involved in operations projects.
Job Requirements: 1.
