The Marketing Project Manager (Logistics) will lead the marketing strategy for logistics-related projects under Walmart Cross Border Trade (CBT). This role focuses on promoting logistics solutions and ensuring their successful adoption among sellers. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the logistics team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive adoption rates and improve seller satisfaction.
Main Responsibility:
- Direct and manage marketing and branding initiatives specifically focused on logistics solutions. Ensure projects are executed on time and within scope, aligning with business goals and logistics adoption targets. - Partner closely with the logistics team to understand business requirements and market opportunities. Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives and effectively communicate the value proposition of logistics solutions to sellers. - Create comprehensive, long-term marketing plans based on detailed market analysis and business needs. Focus on strategies that drive the adoption of logistics solutions and enhance seller satisfaction. - Monitor and report on critical marketing KPIs, including adoption rates, seller satisfaction, and engagement. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing projects. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives and maximize logistics adoption efforts.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field. - Cross-functional collaboration experience. - Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex marketing projects. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills in both English and Mandarin. - Ability to develop and execute long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. PMP is a plus. - Experience in e-commerce and product marketing project is a plus.
