This position will be working as the Control Tower of whole China and can be based in Shenzhen/Shanghai/Xiamen/Ningbo/Qingdao Offices.
Main Duties:
- Perform daily tasks related to both Sea and Air Freight Export.
- Ensure prompt document delivery and maintain strong cooperation between brokers, providers, and vendors.
- Maintain effective and up-to-date communication with colleagues within the Group, both locally and internationally.
- Manage vendors, follow up on their performance, and control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Possess advanced Excel skills for daily operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Outlook and other relevant operational systems on a daily basis.
- Constantly enhance personal operational skills and deepen understanding of TIBA's business operations.
- Uphold high standards of data quality.
- Deliver excellent client satisfaction and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Establish and manage Control Tower Team.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company or supervisor.
Requirements:
- Associate and above degree.
- 5-8 years of operation and/or customer service related working experience in forwarding industry, 3 years of team management experience.
- Good English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking, reading & writing skills. Spanish level will be a plus.
- Open and positive.
- Good communication & learning skills and teamwork spirit, can work independently.
- Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
- Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
