The successful candidate will develop more logistics business by hunting for new clients on Marine Logistics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop new customers and create/increase gross profit. 2. Perform customer visit both potential and existing customers to increase sales and build rapport for customer retention. 3. Arrange sales campaigns for visiting overseas partners/agents. 4. Oversee and be involved in commercial strategies, implementation and related activities. 5. Attend networking events and build industry connections with the objective of business growth. 6. Effectively handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Conduct market research to assess and evaluate current market and industry trends to develop new customers and create gross profits.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an equivalent role. 2. Good working knowledge of maritime regulations. 3. Commercial acumen and drive to develop new business. 4. Effective communication and people management skills.
