Senior Manager, QA Operations (Inspection Program) Key Responsibilities:- Define and establish best-in-class inspection protocols, sampling plan, DCL/CMM, on-site execution guidelines/judgement, and operations process/guideline, as well as production sample sealing guideline, and continuously update to meet new business requests/changes among all markets and all product categories Manage and organize all developed protocols, and related documents in a structural and centralized manner Liaise among internal quality team and 3Ps to review and align the business requirements and expectations, as well as all technical/operations issues. Continues review opportunities and improvement for program operations and executions efficiency. Manage 3Ps execution- to meet and align with Walmart quality and business requirements and expectation, effectively execution and implementation in timely manner across all 3Ps operations offices globally Manage 3Ps performance, regular assessment on program execution and work efficiency, as well as improvement opportunities and corrective actions Periodic calibration on technical judgement and alignment with 3Ps and initiate corrective/improvement plan Provide technical and operational supports/advice in all inspection related issues among internal quality teams/markets counterparts, 3Ps, sourcing, supplier, and factory Facilitate investigation process and reporting, and follow up on corrective improvements internally and externally Manage operation processes and systems integration between Walmart and 3Ps Periodic review with 3Ps on their resources in each country/region to ensure sufficient resource to support program needs Establish contingency plan with 3Ps to manage ad hoc/ exceptional business situation Manage/organize regular program training to internal associate/ supplier/ factory, and any requests may require Qualification:- College Degree or above Work ethics and integrity is a must Work experience: > 10 -15 years Product Knowledge – Primary Hardgoods (+ Softgood bonus) Program Management (Third party/ Retailers) experience is a Bonus Analytical and problem-solving ability. Business and commercial understanding. Proactive and Independent with creativity. Excellent communication skills. Good spoken and written English.
