工作职责:
Main responsibilities:
-Be fully responsible for the whole north American region quality assurance general management, including but not limited to quality principle and procedure's setting and implementation.
-Be the quality interfacing contact windows with different key accounts on their specific quality problems and shooting projects;
-Be reponsible for team's establishment and coaching or training;
-Taking good care of SQE, IPQC, IQC, or after sales service quality issues etc.;
-Be responsible for customers' satisfaction management for all level.
任职资格:
Main requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in Engineering background;
-With at least 10 years large scale manufacturing base' quality assurance management experience;
-Be familiar with customers service such as KA such as Apple, Huawei, Xiaomi, Ikea, Amazon etc.;
-Good command of English;
-Be able to handle frequent oversea biz trip.
