--Primary responsibilities Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives Work with BA resources and other stakeholders to carry out sprint planning for future releases Engage regularly with BA and engineering resources to ensure a properly refined and sized backlog, ensuring other key resources such as engineering and test team are involved Inject tasks into engineering team via agreed engagement model Liaise with engineering and test team ensuring work items are progressed, reviewed and reported on regularly Support business stakeholders in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and take a consultative role implementing an effective system of project governance --Knowledge, Skills & Experience Substantial experience of the complete project life cycle from Discovery through Design, Build & Test, Implementation, Warranty and Closedown Substantial experience of industry standard tools supporting/governing backlog, task lists and backlog management Creative thinking and self- motivation are key Excellent organisational / time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines Sharp analytical, planning and problem solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. An accomplished influencer Experience with an agile software delivery environment including backlog grooming, user story refinement, and task prioritisation Level of commercial acumen to ensure understanding of business value and implications of the team’s technical deliverable
