Job Summary:
Hi Sun Fintech Global Limited, a subsidiary of Hong Kong listed company and leading financial technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Solution Manager to manage and demonstrate the Legacy Modernization Solution. The Solution Manager will be responsible for advancing and enhancing the Solution, managing and executing pre-sales project, and collaborating well with Sales Team and Delivery Team to drive the company's business opportunity conversion and facilitating the modernization transformation of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement effective pre-sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed pre-sales targets.
2.Analyze sector trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to promote new business opportunities conversion, and advance and enhance solution accordingly.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, delivery) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a smooth customer experience.
4.Identify and address any challenges or barriers to pre-sales success, and implement corrective actions as needed.
5.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to elevate solution reach and build brand awareness.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of proven solution management or pre-sales experience, preferably in the Fintech or financial services sector.
3.Be independent, self-motivative, proactive, work closely with regional and global team to achieve high-performing.
4.Strong understanding of the financial and technology landscape, as well as the regulatory environment; experience with the IBM mainframe / AS400 system is preferred.
5.Excellent comprehension, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
6.Proficient in English, and Chinese is a must.
7.Willingness to travel extensively within overseas as required.
8.Solution-oriented mindset and ability to think strategically.
