The Marketing Manager initiates, coordinates, implements, and reviews regional marketing activities in order to support the execution of respective regional sales strategies, drive brand recognition and preference in the region, and ultimately support business growth.
Responsibilities: - Continuously develop and properly manage the company’s knowledge of its regional customer base: customer segments, profiles, key buying factors and purchasing patterns, preferences and pain points. This includes implementing annual customer satisfaction studies in the region, as well as supporting and managing the CRM implementation project. - Develop, execute, monitor, and improve the regional marketing mix (events, promo campaigns, marketing communications etc.) to drive brand awareness and preference. This includes ownership of regional external communications channels (social networks etc.). - Oversee, support, guide, and measure the marketing activity of our official distributors in the region. This includes joint promo campaigns and the underlying budget and planning considerations. - Ensure that our local business operations, especially agronomy and sales teams, are fully equipped with all necessary marketing and promo materials, as well as coordinate the packaging design workflow inside and outside of the organization. - Support the development of regional product brand portfolio, including trademark management aspects.
Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications - Relevant marketing experience of at least 5 years - Relevant experience of coordinating distributor marketing activities of at least 2 years - Basic understanding of agricultural market, and mineral fertilizers in particular - Good English communication
