PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Customer Management & Customer Maintenance & Establishment of Customer Database

61 Achieve Sales Targets in the assigned territory through manage existing customers as well.
61 Maintain strong relationship with existing accounts through periodic contract coordinated with field personnel and make recommendations.
61 Visit and maintain customers regularly.
61 Raise workbook to establish database for new customers, and information adjustment for existing customers.
61 Uniting contract, order, and other information by file.
61 Frequently contact customers and cooperate with CSO to update customers’ information regularly.

2. Order Management

61 Arrange customers’ order timely.
61 Communicate with CSO team daily, monitor sales order be implemented smoothly, and coordinate some special issues during the order taking.
61 Delivery arrangement with local transportation team.

3. Customer Service

61 Invoice management, immediately check account number after SAP billing creation.
61 Promptly following price change and other information adjustment, to reduce credit and debit memo number.
61 Check remittance from customers and aging report regularly, work together with outside sales to achieve account receivable target.
61 Solve customer complaint in timely manner.
61 Analyze the reasons of complaint, cooperate with other team to reduce the similar complaint.
61 Visit customers regularly, build a solid business relationship with customer during the visit.
61 Push customer to pay the goods timely according to contract payment terms, achieve the DSO target.
61 Monitor the customers’ holding align with holding specialist, and solve the holding issues with the holding support team.
61 Handle others special business cases as the first contact among the internal support teams.

4. Others

61 Cooperate with legal team to solve the arbitration cases, and provide the documents during arbitration process.
61 Cooperate with marketing team to understand the segmentation dynamics.
61 Fulfill other works and projects, which assigned by supervisors or managers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualities
61 Education: Bachelor Degree in business or engineering or other related discipline
61 Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in industrial sales or customer service
61 Ability: Good communication ability
61 Tools: Good PC and internet skills
61 Language: Good English
