- Achieve Sales Targets in the assigned territory through manage existing customers as well. - Maintain strong relationship with existing accounts through periodic contract coordinated with field personnel and make recommendations. - Visit and maintain customers regularly. - Raise workbook to establish database for new customers, and information adjustment for existing customers. - Uniting contract, order, and other information by file. - Frequently contact customers and cooperate with CSO to update customers’ information regularly.
2. Order Management
- Arrange customers’ order timely. - Communicate with CSO team daily, monitor sales order be implemented smoothly, and coordinate some special issues during the order taking. - Delivery arrangement with local transportation team.
3. Customer Service
- Invoice management, immediately check account number after SAP billing creation. - Promptly following price change and other information adjustment, to reduce credit and debit memo number. - Check remittance from customers and aging report regularly, work together with outside sales to achieve account receivable target. - Solve customer complaint in timely manner. - Analyze the reasons of complaint, cooperate with other team to reduce the similar complaint. - Visit customers regularly, build a solid business relationship with customer during the visit. - Push customer to pay the goods timely according to contract payment terms, achieve the DSO target. - Monitor the customers’ holding align with holding specialist, and solve the holding issues with the holding support team. - Handle others special business cases as the first contact among the internal support teams.
4. Others
- Cooperate with legal team to solve the arbitration cases, and provide the documents during arbitration process. - Cooperate with marketing team to understand the segmentation dynamics. - Fulfill other works and projects, which assigned by supervisors or managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience/Skills/Qualities - Education: Bachelor Degree in business or engineering or other related discipline - Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in industrial sales or customer service - Ability: Good communication ability - Tools: Good PC and internet skills - Language: Good English
