1. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals, help students identify employment options that match their career interests;
2. Responsible for the daily handling of public mailboxes, assist in the process of students' materials for employment, collection of graduates’ placement data;
3. Responsible for the planning and execution of career activities such as Job Fairs, Company visits, Guest Sharing etc.;
4. Responsible for the production of career activities, services tweets and other materials for promotion;
5. Develop and maintain relationship with employers and career mentors, contact business and industry to develop reciprocally beneficial partnerships for jobs, internships and job shadowing opportunities;
6. Assist with the creation of alumni associations for each program, develop and facilitate a schedule for regular alumni meetings and events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ work experience in relevant industry is preferred; Certified Career coaching would be a plus;
2. Knowledge of job application process, interview procedures, resume writing and well informed of labor market trends, employer needs and best practices in career services;
3. Be mature, energetic and proactive; be able to independently manage and deliver multiple tasks;
4. Excellent writing, presentation, networking and communication skills;
5. Be meticulous, organized, result-oriented, be able to work with strong sense of ownership and creative thinking.
