Job Responsibilities Daily Operation: - SOP review and optimize to enable efficient supervision on department operations. - Set department KPI according to the business target and needs, and break down to next level, To follow up KPI implementation, regularly review progress and take actions to obtain better KPI results. - To work with management team in generating and concluding logistics business opportunities with potential customers. - Overall objective of developing robust business development proposals from inception to project implementation with the aim of providing quality and innovative logistics solutions against prescribed deadlines - To collaborate closely with relevant internal/external business partners to ensure goal alignment and business success. - Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships through proactive & reactive business proposals and solutions. - Lead project to ensure timely delivery of all operational development & implementation projects - Be Responsible for the warehouse operation capacity review and update on a regular basis to ensure the warehouse productivity targets are met.
Human Resources and Administrative: - Talent selection and performance review on a regular basic. To provide clearly job requirement and constructive feedback to the staffs to ensure the whole department run under high efficiency. - Maintain a stable turn-over rate - All department information systems, records, reports, billings and metrics are accurate and generated on time. - A high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, competency, and quality is established and maintained. - Support is provided for the development and coordination of training plans and materials to continuously improve employee skill sets and productivity. - Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationship through proactive and reactive business proposal and solutions. - Company policy is followed regarding all safety, environmental and ergonomic requirements
Financial Management and others - Be responsible for annual Budget planning, cost analysis and controlling. - Monthly accurate P&L report to the upper management - Support special projects as required - Report on new projects and make recommendation to upper management
Job Requirement - University graduate - Strong interpersonal skills, fluent in written & spoken English and Mandarin. - At least 10 years’ hands on experience in supply chain management - Good communication and staff management skills - Effective team player and conflict management - Strong data analysis capability and problem solving skills. - Strong Integrity, self-motivated, open-minded and ability to work independently and under pressure in a multi-cultural environment with minimal supervision. - High sense of work responsibilities
