Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the follow-up of all export shipments and various enquiries, document issues from export customers.
2. Arrange Bill of Landing releasement after payment checking.
3. Sorting and archiving of documents and files.
4. Oversee the processing of documentation between customers, customer services and other departments, to resolve any issues which arise.
5. Ensure that responsibilities for documentation which remain with the agent are executed accurately and to the agreed timescales.
6. Maintain the necessary expertise to address all issues associated with transport and commercial documentation, and to provide support/assistance to customers as needed.
7. Overseeing the resolution of any accounts payable invoice queries (as passed on by Finance) relating to pricing/other commercial issues; make any recommendations re: waiving of charges to the required management level.
8. Guide or support our internal/external customers on our products, application, system, process, new policies, services.

Qualification:
1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in the container related industry.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
