We are hiring. We are currently looking for Shipping Officer ,base in Shenzhen CHINA. Handle daily export and import by various transportation mode from SZ (or subcontractors) to ensure smooth, accurate, timely and cost effective operation 处理每日从深圳工厂(或代工厂)出口及进口的各种货物，确保操作有序，及时及最优成本运行 Shipping doc issuing, CO and FTA application through broker, ERP operation and shipping system data key in/ for daily shipment 签发出货文件，产地证的申请，ERP系统出货操作及进出货数据录入船务系统汇总 Based on business needs, to support logistics operation and provide transportation solution 根据业务需求，提供运输解决方案 Follow shipment delay, damage, claim and any other trouble-shooting issues timely and effectively 进出口货物异常事件的及时有效跟进，包括货物延迟，破损，索赔等各种情形 Close liaison with LSPs(logistics service providers) for booking, tracking, freight rate query and their operation performance feedback 与物流供应商紧密地沟通，跟进货物的订舱，运输追踪，报价及供应商操作表现的反馈 Daily Close contact with overseas (at various regions) customer service teams and local order management team for any question regarding shipment plan and operation 紧密沟通国外各区域客服团队及本地订单管理团队解决任何订单涉及出货的问题 Ensure shipment and related all data/doc meet China customs and destination importation requirement. 确保进出口货物及各项货物数据/文件满足中国海关或进口国海关的各种要求 Freight billing verification, logistics data collection and reporting to supervisor/manager 运费账单的核对，各种物流数据的收集，分析及报告给上级
Who are we looking for? To succeed in this position, you will need the following experience:
5 years’ experience in shipping area at manufacturing plant 5年制造企业船务操作经验 Handling experience in China, HK and international export and import process and related requirement 熟悉中国，中国香港及欧美等国际区域进出口的流程及要求 Strong experience in shipping handling including various ship mode, L/C, Incoterm, freight rate 国际贸易进出口实操扎实的经验积累，包括各种运输方式，信用证文件，贸易术语，运费计算等等 Effective communication with forwarders, plant internal various team independently 能够独立有效地与货代及工厂内部上下游各关联部门沟通协调进出货安排 Be able to solve problem in work and make escalation timely when need 能有效解决进出口出货操作中的各种问题，当有需要时及时向主管／经理汇报 Initiative, patient, can well handle details in daily operation 积极及有耐心，在工作中关注细节 Sensitive to date, ensure shipping data accurate 对数据敏感，能确保所有船务数据的准确性 Good team work spirit, high customer service sense 优异的团队合作精神，积极的客户服务意识
