Overview This position will be responsible for coordinating all reservation & customer service related matters with the sales team of the territory. Responsibilities -Liaise internally with various departments to ensure all customers and allocation commitments are met with Company standards -Coordinate with ground handling team for cargo build up and load planning to maximize utilization for the pallet/ULD -Manage priorities for cargo booking/movement process -Track and trace on-forwarding cargo -Coordinate with operations team for import handling and random check by re-weighing inbound shipments for CCA -Provide freight status alert and/or prove-of-delivery to customers if necessary -Produce selling tariffs and local schedules to customers -Response to customers questions, problems, requests and/or complaints -Track and monitor customers' performance -Coordinate both Shenzhen and Hong Kong cargo terminal and ground handling agents -Interface with Terminal Services employees to maximize revenue opportunities -Coordinate with Accounting Department and Agents on accounts receivables -Perform various administrative duties related to the job such as rate reconciliation, EQ report, ad hoc, request, tonnage and post flight summary, customer event, golf event, other activities, coordinate with HKG marketing team and administration team -Data entry for Cargo Spot and/ or other systems -Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager, Reservations & Customer Service -Night shifts and weekend duties are required Qualifications -University Degree or above, or work experience that is equivalent to the academic qualifications needed -Experience within air cargo industry of 1-2 years – sales and operations preferred -High degree of decision making skills and stress resistance -Strong ability to manage complex situations under time pressure -Strong analytical skill -Good initiative and ability to work independently -Committed and aspire for success -Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
