Job Summary:The Project Office Lead will be responsible for managing the transition of production from in-house manufacturing to three Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) suppliers. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the production transfer is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Office Lead will play a key role in coordinating between internal teams and OEM suppliers, managing project milestones, risks, and communications to ensure a seamless transfer. Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, or production transfer projects. 3. Experience managing external suppliers, OEMs, or outsourced production. 4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supplier management, and quality control systems. 5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar). 6. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. Skills and Competencies: 1. Strong leadership and communication skills. 2.
