Job Responsibilities: 1. Brand expansion, upgrade, transformation, and expanding the China domestic sales market 2. Work closely with China commercial team to support China region business grow 3. Manage suppliers in China 4. Analyze customer requirement and providing competitive solution 5. Project Management from brief kick off to shipment 6. Handle pricing/quotation and update product development status 7. Work with different stakeholders and peer in different regions to ensure the project/order are on track and completed as planned 8. Roll out sourcing strategy, including supplier plan, cost negotiation and continuity of supply
Job Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines 2. 5 to 8+ years of solid experience in product development 3. Working experience in bags & accessories is required 4. Good manufacturing product knowledge with proven record in materials and cut & sewn, plastic & metal accessories 5. Good knowledge in secondary operation/decoration for plastic and metal components 6. Hands on mindset, with analytical and trouble shooting skills 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and direct customers 8. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English is required to liaise with different stakeholders 9. Able to travel occasionally
