工作职责: 1. Supplier Management 供应商管理 2. Supplier relationship ownership for responsible suppliers, including but not limit to negotiate and manage contracts to achieve best possible business partnership; 供应商合同和相关分级供应商关系的管理 3. Cost Management: Evaluate, analyze, negotiate and propose recommendation to manage best total cost at responsible suppliers. 成本管理,评估分析现有供应商价格,议价价格管理整个流程 4. Ongoing assessment/monitoring of supplier risk; Ensure emergency supplier transition readiness. 供应商风险管理 5. Strategic Procurement Provides professional, qualified services to subsidiaries/ customers especially on procurement field; Facilitates and participates in price negotiations and problem resolutions with suppliers; Support Continuous Imporvement Program with Continuous Imporvement specialist at suppliers; 策略性的采购,提供专业的服务和方案给到内部客户在采购领域。价格谈判,议价沟通及解决出现的问题。 持续提高供应商改进项目。 6. Project Management: Support Function Team to improve supplier new product development, quality & delivery via different strategic initiatives; 项目管理,参与到项目组推动供应商的整个生产和合作流程 7. Other strategic initiatives or special projects assigned by direct manager 8. Guide a team. 其它策略性的活动,能力优秀者可以带领团队 岗位要求: 1. 在工厂工作过,了解整个制造及采购流程,熟悉成本管理,材料分析和价格谈判沟通技巧。 2. 英语良好
