Job Responsibility: 1. Oversee accounting functions and ensure local and company policies are followed. 2. Support BUM and Division Controller in all aspects of planning and reporting, so management has accurate and timely information to make financial decisions. 3. Perform weekly forecasting and annual budgeting including complete the annual corporate and staff department allocation methodology and process. 4. Manage coordination and audit/review monthly closing process. Monthly financial result review & analysis. 5. As site Management team member, participate in MT meeting, provide highlights on areas that need specific improvement from the analysis of monthly results made. 6. Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc reports, as assigned by Corporate, location and CDA. 7. Participate in Kaizen or other continuous improvement activities, provide suggestions for cost reduction and improved efficiency. 8. Management of cash flow. 9. Preparation of the statutory financial statements in accordance with China and Shenzhen accounting standards. 10. Maintain accounting controls by compiling and monitoring accounting principles, relevant regulations, laws and standards: Ensure accounting and taxation are complied with U.S. GAAP and local GAAP. 11. Assist business expansion plans and investment analysis. 12. Coordinate with Shared Service Centre on accounting functions. 13. Oversee and maintain good internal controls for all functions. Act as location Compliance Officer. 14. Ensure Sox requirements are followed. 15. Ensure proper control of company assets. 16. Handle annual external audit, legal and company secretarial work. 17. Review & post entry in JDE system. 18. Other special projects for company as necessary. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline 2. 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing field, at least 3 years of FIN team management experiences. 3. Knowledge of local taxation and foreign exchange policy 4. Exposure to MRP system 5. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of general accounting 6. Excellent Communication and coordination skills, strong accountability, attention to details. 7. Able to communicate in written and verbal English. 8. Must continuously maintain high degree of integrity. 9. Self-driven, high commitment to support business growth with financial knowledge, analysis and cost control.
