Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for introduction automation solutions and existing production improvement
2.Trouble shooting & Debugging equipment
3.Project Executions & co-ordination
4.Review DFM proposal & Follow up Schedule
5.Oversee factory acceptance testing of qualified automated machine & installation, and site acceptance testing (GR&R, FAI, CPK)
6.Coordinate with PD, IE, ME cross functional team member to optimize machine/line CT, output, yield, OEE.
7.Coach and train up the supporting team with technical know, how & logical mind trouble shooting and fine tuning of automation machine in case of break down
8.Prepare reports and documentations to communicate status, risk and results
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor above, at least 10 years’ manufacturing/engineering/Automation related 2.program management working experience, with strong mechanical background with hands-on skills
3.Well English speaking
4.Must be able to work independently with proactive attitude
5.Good communication skills and result driving capabilities, good team work
