工作内容：
Responsible for External connector product development/extension/ existing product maintenance.
83 Work closely with engineering team/vendor/sales/PM including customer in getting the right and clear plan to execute
83 Follow up with Amphenol high speed IO process (DFMEA, FAI, ECN, etc.).
83 Provide concept / design and feasibility study, design review meeting, well documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and archive.
83 Lead in resolving the issues down to the closure and manage design & engineering changes.
83 Technical support to customer, conduct necessary test, engineering analysis. Interacts with vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.
83 Work with FAI approvals, Process Capability Study, and 5 WHY analysis.
83 Periodically engineering review and report
83 Work with Operation team to give the technical supports closely.
83 Domestic/oversea business travel if needed.
83 Other tasks assigned by Engineer manager.

83 University degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required
83 8-12 years working experience in high-speed connector or consumer industries in technology field.
83 Experience of engineering & souring project management
83 Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work
83 Basic knowledge in machining, molding, stamping, plating, cable assembly process.
83 Learn to use Solid works or AutoCAD software with solid working experience
83 Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
83 Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate skill
83 Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
83 Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
83 Effective problem-solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.
83 Good Leadership management skills especially on build the team from 0-1.
