As part of the development of Bridgenet Services (BNS) we are seeking to recruit a Customer Account Lead based in Shenzhen who will be responsible for managing a local customer relationships through implementation to operational stand-up. As a member of BNS operations you will be ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship building, KPI management, and operational excellence. This role will also play an integral part in BNS regional expansion.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities: Work across the BNS organization to support current business in APAC, support service level development and ensure operations are delivered consistent with KPIs. Act as a SME to support customer engagements and demonstrations as part of commercial development within the Asia region Support customer implementations from customer engagement and requirement definition all the way to steady state operations Work in collaboration with digital and data teams to ensure new products and capabilities are developed to support trade management as well as other product objectives Engage with enterprise and customer stakeholders in the delivery of strategic priorities and the promotion of innovation within the company / wider environment
Required experience & skills: Working experience 5+ years,team management/project management 2+ years. Strong influencing skills with the ability to understand different perspectives, look for opportunities to support and build relationships Understanding of how to lead and develop teams to support the delivery of customer objectives and improve on a daily basis Strong project management capabilities with the ability to support large complex cross-organizational projects, from concept to final delivery Knowledge of global transportation including ocean, air, dray Experience managing shipments with Dangerous Good classification Ability to demo/showcase a software platform Ability to engage with customers on key priorities to support their needs Can do attitude with a focus on how to deliver change and transformation, looking across the portfolio for opportunities to add value A customer-orientated approach with the desire to engage with customers, develop relationships and convince new customers of the value of BNS services Strong communication skills in all mediums including presentation and engagement skills Collaborative mindset, open to feedback
