- You will be a member of our China Operation Team and report directly to Supply Chain Director. - Collaborating fully functionally with departments like Sourcing, Quality, Logistics, Compliance and operations to streamline processes, drive value - engineering and innovation - Develop product sourcing strategies and proactively deliver sourcing solutions for both quality and price competitiveness - Assist Supply Chain Director to manage the suppliers with the overall production planning - Coordinate with the Quality Control team, Merchandising and Sales & Commercial Team for any quality-related issues - Coordinate among the teams within the supply chain cycle, alert potential issues to related teams and escalate to supervisor timely, work actively to solve a problem - Participate in any ad hoc Supply Chain duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Degree Holder or above with min 5 years in Supply Chain and progressive management experience. - Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc. - Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Able to work independently in a fast-paced. Process can-do attitude and accept new challenges - Organized, self-motivated and detail-orientated
