Quality inspection
1、Leading the operation of quality inspection lab.
2、Supervise the work of lab manager to manage necessary lab tools and operate the lab more efficiently.
3、Coach and improve the ability of inspectors.
4、Optimize the QC and RMA operation flows.
5、Act as final escalation of quality inspection GO/NO GO judgement.
6、Align with customers to create the quality inspection standard, customers include local end customer / US and EU subsidiary.
7、Quality KPI visualization, co-work with product team for creation of quality efficiency tools.
Supplier quality assurance
1、Work with partner to review their quality inspection standard, guide and support partner to setup quality inspection standard and criteria for new products.
2、on-site support partner to do new product pilot-run and production transformation.
3、Maintain and optimize the quality management system for suppliers.
4、New suppliers on boarding training / periodical lecture and lesson learn.
5、Customer audit support if necessary
Warehouse operation
1、Manage the workload and operation efficiency of warehouse operators.
2、Optimize the cooperation between quality inspectors and packing specialists.
3、Warehouse layout optimization
This position is accountable for quality and warehouse team operation efficiency, inspection accuracy, customer claim rate due to quality, supplier quality performance improvement.
Education and Qualifications:
1、College degree or above, major at Machinery Design, Machinery Manufacturing,Mechatronics, Industry Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc.
2、Minimum of 10 years quality management experience in CNC and / or molding industry.
3、Experience in sheet metal, die casting and 3D printing is preferred.
4、Minimum of 5 years quality team management experience.
5、Proven experience in managing middle to large scale supplier quality performance.
6、Good business sense in making decisions balancing quality and business.
7、Ability to interpret engineering drawings, can identify Critical Characteristics to Quality(CCTQ) on engineering drawings/specifications.
8、Ability to use standard measuring equipment including Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gauges. Being experienced with PC-DMIS with CMM is a plus.
9、Familiarity with ISO9000 system, knowledge of IATF16949 system and automotive industry quality management tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC is a must.
10、Familiarity with ISO13485 system, and medical device quality inspection standard will be a plus.
11、Team player, open to new ideas and team-work, self-motivated individual, willingness to continually strive to increase personal knowledge and value.
12、Be familiar with Auto CAD software and office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, etc. which will be necessary for quality statistics and reporting.
13、Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking.
14、Flexible working time to support business requirement.
