85 Set up and enforce quality control guidelines across all production stages, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
85 Conduct detailed inspections and tests on materials and furniture pieces, ensuring compliance with specifications for craftsmanship, durability, and aesthetics.
85 Oversee production activities, checking for adherence to quality standards and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
85 Accurately document inspection results, test outcomes, and any non-conformance issues.
85 Prepare detailed quality reports for management review.
85 Apply deep technical knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques to assess product quality. Ensure the correct materials and techniques are used for each project.
85 Work closely with the production team to train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and the importance of adhering to guidelines.
85 participate in improving the production process by suggesting adjustments to enhance quality and reduce errors.
85 To train and mentor suppliers on quality control procedures / standards, ensure the quality alignment. Conduct periodical audit to monitor the quality alignment among suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
85 At least 5-8 years of experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role in high-end furniture production or related industries.
85 In-depth knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
85 Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and non-conformance at every stage of production.
85 Ability to create and enforce comprehensive quality guidelines and standards.
85 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
85 Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
85 Communicate clearly and fluently in both written and verbal English.

PREFERRED QUALIFIFCATIONS:
85 Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a plus.
85 Knowledge of international quality standards and regulations
