Handle bank matter Arrange office rent payment , office supply inventory Help procurement department for purchase order entry Arrange delivery company for sending mails and sample Book air ticket and hotel and rental car for guests and employees Answer the phone, receive and sort mails Office facility maintenance and Visitor reception Hands-on experience in all-round areas including but not limit to supporting policy formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development Assist FESCO for accounting report Join the annual budget & forecast, responsible for managing HR&Admin budget; Other administrative matter requested
Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above in HR., Accounting ,English,Admin etc 2. Minimum of 2 years-experience 3. Good English, both oral and written. 4. Good knowledge of PRC HR regulations. 5. Strong interpersonal skills, highly professional, friendly. 6.
