岗位职责: Job Responsibilities: The onsite Sales Assistant will support: a bulge-bracket international investment bank's Global Market team with following responsibilities: 1. Manage administrative affairs for the team 处理团队行政事务 2. Daily work support for the department head/ Senior managers 协助支持部门领导日常工作 3. Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, update minutes 组织协调会议活动安排,更新会议记录 4. Support Corporate Access team for creating events and logistic arrangements for NDR, corporate day, conferences and reverse road etc. 支持企业联络团队,组织举办无交易路演,企业日,各类投资峰会,反路演等活动,并保障后勤安排 5. Create events in BTS system and fill in with details for company visits/field trips/NDRs, and ensure corporate data is fully captured, up-to-date, and accurate on an on-going basis; 在BTS系统中创建企业拜访/实地考察/无交易路演等活动并实时更新企业数据确保数据准确 6. Be responsible for Company related chopping and filling process 负责公司公章盖章以及文件归整 7. Be able to ensure all internal procedures and controls are complied with local rules, regulations and investment bank's internal policies 确保所有程序符合法律法规以及投行内部政策
任职要求: Skills we are looking for: 1. Proven experience as an admin/sales assistant, financial industries preferred 2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize 4. Attention to detail and problem solving skills 5. Good written and verbal communication skills 6. Good English communication, both spoken and written. 7. College degree or above
