Job Description: 1. Drives overall performance of 4PL team and adherence to KPIs 2. Acts as counterpart for Regional Customer Teams 3. *** point of contact for escalation concerning customers management 4. Manage control tower operation KPIs 5. Drives efficiency of teams and looks for opportunity to streamline and improve processes 6. Interfaces with other Regional Control Tower Teams to help drive projects and initiatives globally 7. Ensures adherence to all customer contracts and confidentiality requirements 8. Regional identification and implementation of optimization/ value initiatives 9. Supervises and leads a team of logistics professionals and analysts 10. Develops regional team members and provides coaching to help develop employees 11. Safeguarding and follow up on the global processes 12. Own and develop the regional relationship with the customer and defuse any tension that may arise and escalate accordingly when needed 13. Manage contract LSP’s KPIs 14. Data integrity checks and adherence to global standards 15. Support for new business development and client onboarding as required 16. Perform special reviews and projects as needed

Education & Experience: 1. Bachelor or Master's degree 2. Minimum of 3 years of logistics/supply chain experience 3. Experience leading a team in a service environment
