Job Responsibilities & Accountability 1. Responsible for Toy business plan and development of Operations. 2. Overall manage the daily operation, drive and ensure the service delivery, TAT , quality result etc. Get involved operational details and be able to provide technical/operational guidance to subordinates. 3. Engage with commercial team to align toy business needs and provide technical solution support including AME/EMEA/Importer / Local market: 4. Coordinate among different department to facilitate the business result, ensure the smooth communication cross department and leverage resources to implement the business annual plan and result. 5. Oversee the operations workflow, manufacturing and business processes of testing laboratory ; Monitor testing procedures and quality systems to ensure quality aligned with international and company testing standards 6. Design and optimize an efficient organization, define clear position scope and job description, set up effective organization and process. 7. Employee engagement, team building, succession planning and career development. Required Skills & Qualification 1. Minimum of 10 years of leadership role in the relevant industry, or full function management experience in toy testing, and related QA services or manufacturing industry. 2. Familiar with international testing standard and toy testing procedures; Experience in manufacturing processes, product and process design preferably. 3. Proven track record of success driving and delivering on revenue and business development goal in a challenging business-to-business service environment 4. Leadership qualities: influential, articulate, broad business experience, good decision making skills, strong business ethics 5. Strong employee management skills. Leads through guiding, influencing and supporting 6. Sound analytical, problem solving and project management skills strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage people from different cultural background tactfully
