Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for managing the global ODM and in-house factory capacity, collaborating with the company's supply chain other departments to formulate and implement capacity plans, ensuring the achievement of the company's shipment targets.2. Manage the daily E2E manufacturing operations of the company's global ODM factories, ensuring to meet daily production and shipping plans.3. Lead new ODM factories enablement, establish manufacturing operation management mechanisms, and implement routine factory audits and review mechanisms.4. Monitor and improve the KPIs of manufacturing operations for company's global ODM factories, ensuring delivery targets are achieved.5. Have an Indian visa and am available for international travel on business.2. Regular on-site work at ODM factories, with international travel mainly to India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.3. Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management, with more than 5 years of relevant supply chain experience.4. Experience in the consumer electronics industry, production planning, and plant operations management is preferred.5. Proficiency in various office software, with strong PPT presentation skills.6. Fluent in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.7.
