Job Responsibilities: 1、Overseeing the daily work of OCA departments, to ensure cooperation between CGS and SPEC team. 2、Manage and oversee customer service team transaction (process planning and coordination, daily material preparation, customer relationship maintenance, and exceptions handling) and to intervene when there’s any unexpected incidents. 3、Enhance departments standards and procedures 4、Setting customer service objectives and goals
Job Requirements: 1、Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field. 2、Working in customer service position for over 5 working years (packaging industry is a plus). 3、Multitasking capabilities 4、Strong organizational skills 5、Good communication and negotiation skill 6、Written and verbal in English as 2nd language is required
