Duties and Responsibilities General Administrative Support · Assist with the general administration of work within the Deputy Head’s Office ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. · Maintain and manage the calendars of the Principal Deputy Head and the Deputy Head (Whole School). · Take minutes and share notes with relevant participants as required in meetings. · Provide translation support when required. · Support administration of CPD system and arrangement of AISL Academy training. · Provide support to other members of the Admin Support Team when required. · Share communication with the parent community.
Collaboration and Cooperation with Non-Academic Departments · Coordinate candidate interview and keep track of the recruitment process; assist with the settlement of expat teachers, such as visa and work permit application, airport pickup, residential registration and other related requests; assist with the coordination of local staff induction as directed by the HR department. · Provide support to school academic and marketing events. · Provide a liaison for the Deputy Head Office with the procurement team to raise procurement requests, track payment and delivery, and receive goods. · Support student information collection as per the EDB request.
Others · Undertake other support tasks as required by School SLT or line managers when time allows.
Requirements Person Specification · Bachelor's degree or above gained from overseas universities. · At least 3 years’ working experience gained preferably in education sector. · Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. · Customer-oriented attitude and able to deliver quick responses to faculty’s needs. · Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills. · Familiar with Microsoft Office applications. · Proactive, be able to work independently and as part of a team. · Organised, mature, and confident in handling complex issues.
