Major Responsibilities: - Lead and manage consulting projects of Business Performance Improvement, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit & Finance Advisory and ESG; - Effectively plan and manage client engagements in line with Protiviti goals; - Effectively build and manage client relationships and explore market opportunities; - Optimize client service by extending and integrating Protiviti solutions and resources; - Actively identify new business opportunities in market by networking and continuous understanding of market demands and industry trends; - Demonstrate leadership and take responsibility of coaching junior staff.
Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor degree or above in business management and analysis, finance and accounting, or relevant domain; - 5 years of consulting experience in professional service or consulting firm, or project manager experience in corporate; - Quick learner and is able to form conceptual idea logically; - Established networking skills and presentation skills. Demonstrate professional manner and maintain poised under pressure; - Fluent in English (in oral and in written). (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager)
