主要职责：
- 作为项目负责人带领领导团队，参与信息技术咨询与数据分析、IT审计、安全与隐私的咨询项目。
- 基于公司业务方针制定并有效执行项目计划。
- 建立并维护客户关系，挖掘潜在项目机会。
- 汇聚公司各业务模块，整合内部资源，向客户提供全面优化的解决方案。
- 关注市场前沿需求，把握行业发展趋势，在信息的交互中不断拓展商机。
- 富有领导力，能给予初级顾问指导，有助于团队成长。

任职资格和要求：
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机科学、管理科学与工程、计算机学习、人工职能或相关领域专业。
- 5年及以上专业服务或咨询公司工作经验，或有TMT、高新技术企业内相同年限工作经验。
- 在以下业务领域有丰富的经验并掌握相关知识：
o 企业运营及治理数字化
o IT治理及管理
o IT审计与内控
o 企业数据与分析
o 安全与隐私
o 技术风险与弹性
- 学习能力强，有清晰的逻辑思维。
- 善于维护客户关系、具备良好的汇报能力，能够在压力下维持专业素养，直至项目交付。
- 熟练掌握英语口语及书写能力。

Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects of IT and Digital Consulting, Technology Auditing and Security & Privacy;
- Effectively plan and manage client engagements in line with Protiviti goals;
- Effectively build and manage client relationships and explore market opportunities;
- Optimize client service by extending and integrating Protiviti solutions and resources;
- Actively identify new business opportunities in market by networking and continuous understanding of market demands and industry trends;
- Demonstrate leadership and take responsibility of coaching junior staff.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science, management science and engineering, machine learning and Artificial intelligence, or relevant domain;
- 5 years of consulting experience from professional firms or related experience from leading high-tech or TMT companies
- Sound knowledge and experience in:
o Digitalization of Enterprise Operations and Governance
o IT Governance & Management
o IT Audit and Internal Control
o Enterprise Data& Analytics
o Security & Privacy
o Technology Risk & Resilience
- Quick learner and be able to form conceptual idea logically
- Established networking skills and presentation skills. Demonstrate professional manner and maintain poised under pressure
- Fluent in English (in oral and in written)
