KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

61 Dealing with operation for air /sea-air shipment handling
61 Be a good channel and coordinate daily operation between K.A. and Shenzhen office.
61 Monitor and follow up daily air freight operation
61 Keep good contact with network and follow up shipment closely
61 Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
61 Arrange and join training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
61 Follow KA manager’s instruction to do additional jobs inclusive of solution searching.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
61 Bachelor Degree or above
61 At least 3 years’ working experience in the logistic industry. Especially in Air freight section
61 Mandarin and English language proficiency
61 Computer literate
61 Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
