1. Proactively contribute to the planning phase of student events and activities to increase overall student engagement in extracurricular activities;
2. Assist in the coordination, administration, and governance of student-related events and activities. This includes, but is not limited to setting objectives, reviewing event reports, managing facility, and resource bookings, assisting with events, evaluating performance and coordinating fund allocations;
3. Develop and recommend smooth operational processes for student organizations;
4. Providing administrative assistance to the office;
5. Undertaking other assignments assigned by the supervisor. Working during non-office hours may be needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 1-year relevant experience;
3. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, social media and design software;
5. Experience in poster design, photography, and video editing is preferred;
6. A talent for planning and prioritizing a demanding workload with the ability to meet deadlines.
