Responsibilities：
1. Develop, design and translate product concept to a defined product, including project management and resolving technical issues.
2. Thoroughly understands product requirements and voices of customers.
3. Study requirements and provide input and engineering solutions.
4. Leading development activities and solve any problems along the way.
5. Liaise with related parties to ensure product can be manufactured and delivered to market meeting all requirements.
6. Partnering with other functions to drive innovation in product and process design that benefit cost and quality.

Requirements：
1. University graduate in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering and relevant disciplines.
2. Over 7 years' relevant experience on consumer products development in MNC companies.
3. Good knowledge in CREO, AutoCAD, etc.
4. Strong project management skills, independence & result-oriented.
5. Good command of English written, good verbal communication will be plus
