The Corporate Pricing role at onsemi is responsible for pricing negotiations and strategies to support top customers as well as distribution partners. The Corporate Pricing Analyst will excel in personally preparing for negotiations, leading negotiations, strategy development, decision making and communication. This position is specific to supporting accounts within the OEM Industrial market and will report to the OEM Corporate Pricing Manager.
Objectives 61 Engage key stakeholders within onsemi to develop customer level negotiation strategies, identifying areas of negotiation leverage that result in extracting value for onsemi. 61 Lead successful negotiations with key / value add global customers. 61 Strategic collaboration and execution of customer pricing strategies between Business Unit and Sales 61 Responsible for gathering and understanding how to apply competitive intelligence to the teams pricing strategies and models in addition to helping the company make effective decisions about future actions. 61 Application of key performance indicators in driving change and performance improvement objectives 61 Partner with Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue goals. 61 Ability to make difficult decisions quickly with limited information maintaining confidence in oneself, peers, and account team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines is required. · 10+ years related experience is required. · Sales or Marketing experience in semiconductor industry is preferable. · Experience in contract negotiation is an added advantage. · Strong analytical capabilities, number sensitive and detail minded is required. · Self-motivated, fast-paced, strong sense of responsibility, able to demonstrate good presence with customers and ability to work cross-functionally and with other specialists around the world. · Good command of spoken and written English.
