主要职责：
●领导国内第三方工厂的质量控制工作，确保产品符合公司和法规标准。
●进行原材料和生产过程的检验、审核以及供应商评估，监督生产质量。
●与采购和生产经理合作，推动产品设计、材料和性能的创新。
●开发新产品原型，进行试验，并确保新产品顺利融入生产流程。
●与供应商和生产团队保持密切关系，提供技术支持并推动持续改进计划。
●确保符合与安全、卫生和性能相关的内部和国际法规。
●准备并维护有关质量检验、产品试验和研发项目的详细报告。

资格要求：
●工程学、材料科学或相关领域的学士学位。
●至少 3-5 年在快速消费品或制造业的质量控制和研发工作经验。
●强烈优先考虑：曾与卫生巾或其他个人护理产品相关工作的经验。
●熟悉质量控制方法论、研发流程和法规要求。
●拥有工厂审核、供应商管理和产品测试的实操经验。
●出色的问题解决能力，能够跨部门协作并管理多个利益相关方。

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality & R&D Engineer based in Guangzhou, China, to support our quality control, production, and innovation functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quality control processes at third-party factories, driving product innovation through R&D, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the high quality of our products while also contributing to the development of new product formulations and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead quality control efforts at third-party factories in China, ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards.
2.Conduct both raw material and in-process inspections, audits, and supplier assessments to monitor production quality.
3.Collaborate with the Sourcing and Production Manager to drive innovation in product design, materials, and performance.
4.Develop new product prototypes, run trials, and ensure smooth integration of new products into the manufacturing process.
5.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and production teams, providing technical support and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
6.Ensure compliance with internal and international regulations related to safety, hygiene, and performance.
7.Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality inspections, product trials, and R&D projects.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control and R&D within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
3.Highly preferred: Past experience working with sanitary napkins or other personal care products.
4.Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, R&D processes, and regulatory requirements.
5.Hands-on experience with factory audits, supplier management, and product testing.
6.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
7.Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional and global teams.
