Basic recruitment conditions 1. Preference will be given to native English speakers, especially those from English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. 2. A full-time bachelor's degree is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred. 3. Must hold a valid TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate. Priority will be given to candidates with experience teaching IELTS or TOEFL, and who are also willing to teach basic courses in economics, management, medicine, architecture, engineering, and computer science. 4. Comply with Chinese laws, regulations, and school rules, respect Chinese traditional culture and customs, and refrain from engaging in anti-China activities or any illegal missionary work during teaching. 5. Have good character, with no criminal record or legal disputes. 6. Be in good health, generally under the age of 55, and possess a valid work visa with a validity period of no less than 6 months. 7. Demonstrate a responsible work ethic and be capable of completing teaching tasks with excellence and achieving corresponding results.
Salary and Benefits 1. Monthly salary: RMB 15,000 - 20,000, with specific salary negotiable based on qualifications and work experience. 2. Accommodation: Single dormitory provided on campus. 3. Insurance: Relevant insurance will be purchased according to regulations. 4. Airfare: One round-trip economy class airfare to the home country reimbursed annually. 5.
