职位说明 工作职责: 1.Undertake faculty recruitment-related tasks according to hiring requests and polices; 2.Assist with the organization and promotion of academic activities and other school events such as orientation and graduation ceremonies; 3.Provide flexible support to the school office and faculty as needed, addressing various administrative and operational tasks; 4.Serve as a liaison between faculty, students, and other university departments to facilitate communication and collaboration; 5.Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school office. 岗位要求: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years working experience; familiarity with administrative work in universities is a plus; candidates with less working experience will be considered for more junior ranks; 2.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in office software and relevant AI tools; 3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with faculty and colleagues; 4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; 5.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
