1.Understand and analyze the supply chain and industry’s latest situation and development;

2.Following up company sourcing process and strategy, lead SQM and Engineering team to evaluate suppliers’s cost, quality, technology, and capability and to select the best match supplier partner;
跟进公司采购流程和策略，牵头SQM和工程团队评估供应商的成本、质量、技术和能力，并选择最匹配的供应商合作伙伴；
3.Negotiate commercial terms, price changes and contract with existing and new suppliers;
与现有和新供应商谈判商业条款、价格变化和合同；
4.Manage the supplier partnership, performance and risks in terms of Quality, Delivery, Cost and Service; Lead functional team to complete the monthly/quarterly supplier scorecard rating and review;
管理供应商合作伙伴在质量、交付、成本和服务方面的绩效和风险；完成月度/季度供应商评估考核；
5.Responsible for purchasing of the assigned material, equipment, tools based on the MRP and PR request and manage company’s assets in supplier site;
负责根据MRP和PR请求采购指定的材料、设备、工具，并管理公司在供应商处的资产；
6.Follow up MPS/MRP process , weekly update and review the material shortage and to follow up the on-time delivery of the purchase order;
跟进MPS/MRP流程，每周更新并审核物料短缺情况并跟进采购订单的准时交付情况；
7.Follow up PPV/SPV process to ensure the purchasing cost in system and purchasing order is correct and consistent;
跟进PPV/SPV流程，确保系统中的采购成本和采购订单正确、一致；
8.Capable to manage and balance the inventory and demand and take proactive action to resolve shortage while keep company ITO target;
能够管理和平衡库存和需求，并采取积极行动解决短缺问题，同时保持公司 ITO 目标；
9.Work as NPI project buyer for the assigned projects;
作为指定项目的NPI项目采购员；
10.Support project team to drive the supplier quality improvement and
quick response to the quality issue and solutions;
支持项目团队推动供应商质量提升，快速响应质量问题及解决方案；
岗位要求：
1.College or Bachelor Degree; Mechanical background is preferred;
大专或本科学历，机械背景优先；
2.Knowing mechanical parts and tools is a plus;
了解机械零件和工具者优先；
3.Good at English speaking and writing, good skills in using ERP system and excel;
良好的英语口语和写作能力，良好的ERP系统使用能力和excel数据处理分析能力；
4.Good communication skill and able to work under pressure;
良好的沟通能力，能够承受工作压力；
5.5+ years purchase/sourcing experience;
5年以上采购经验；
6.Honest, pro-active and open-minded;
