Roles and Responsibilities 1. General Admin Management. 2. Admin budget management and payment handing. 3. Admin procedure/precess continuos optimization. 4. Travel arrangement-air flight、visa 5. Office environment management-safety,security,office maintenance. 6. Coordinate with HR team to deal with HR related issue. 7. Others assigned task needs to be handled by HR manager Experience/Education Required: 1. At least 3 years in Administrtion or secretary 2. Strong written and verbal communication in English 3. Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service sense 4. Good team player and able to work independently. 5. Proficient with standard business tools (Email, MS Office, etc.)
