SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Drive the profitable sales territories and/or targeted market segments growth of Rehlko Power Systems China, to establish and well manage sales distribution network, 2.Work with the marketing and service team to improve and sustain satisfied customer and distributor relationships to obtain orders, revenue and gross income consistent with pricing policy. 3.Seek out and identify new business and product application opportunities. 4.Actively suggest on overall direction for company business. 5.Assist to prepare the long-term sales goal, incl. sales forecasts in terms of the sales strategic plan. 6.Strengthen the distributor’s capability and performance of new business development and maintenance. 7.Develop potential partners to be Rehlko's strategic customers in plan. The fully capability to acquire and analyze the market information, customer’s inquiry, complete the quotation, check the customer’s order and follow up the customer’s payment, etc. 8.Execute the sales plan, strategy, policies, regulation and procedures of daily business. 9.Make out the competitive product proposal with cost for functional team on new product development. 10.Adds value to customer and internal interactions by understanding customer business models. Develops deep customer relationships based on channel’s value chain and levers.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: 1.College Degree on mechanical or electrical engineering. 2.Able to read and write in English. 3.Individual must possess a minimum of five (5 to 8) years successful experience in sales of machinery related field. 4.Pervious sales supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
