JOB PURPOSE:
Working with sales teams, build key customer plans and initiatives that develop and promote Customer Success Management (CSM) products. Drive achievement of CSM financial objectives such as orders, sales and profitability targets. Support customers and sales with specialized knowledge of CSM products and the ability to match the right product to the customer need. Present justifiable benefits to customers for solutions such as Audits, Refurbishments, Upgrades, Encore, Pro-Act, Advantage+, ShotscopeNX, Training, Extended Protection Plan, Advanced Process Optimization, Parts, Services, Contracts and any other CSM products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
1 Maintain an updated visibility of opportunities and Pipeline for CSM products
2 Support creation CSM Sales Plans and forecasts
3 Provide support to Sales as the Subject Matter Expert in CSM products
4 Support and Drive Husky Sales to achieve the planned sales volume and rate of growth of CSM products.
5 Support target markets/customers and products
6 Develop customer asset management plans for improved OEE using CSM products
7 Provide customer monetized value plans to promote proactive services utilizing CSM products
8 Ability to travel to customer locations to present and promote CSM products
9 Provide feedback on current products and opportunity to Development to establish new product definitions that meet market requirements (e.g. longevity, serviceability, ease of use, upgradeability)
10 Follow up the opportunity from STLG/IFS, find out the opportunity for CSM products, work together with RSM to achieve the regional Financial target

REQUIREMENTS:
1 Mechanical or electrical engineering degree/diploma
2 More than 5 years experience within the Injection Molding Industry with emphasis on Sales and/or Service. Or more than 5 years sales experience with After Market Service products in other industry.
3 After Market Service product sales experience is preferred.
4 Experience with Injection Molding System is preferred.
5 Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
6 English skills: Fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking
7 Flexibility for travel.
